KING GEORGE'S 4

This house is identical in size and structure to all of our houses in Rooksbridge walk and Loxton Drive but is at present configured as three bedroom accommodation. After our current tenants leave this coming summer we are going to make alterations to the upper floor of the house. We are planning to strip out the existing walls and reconfigure the space to create three similarly sized bedrooms, all finished and furnished to the same high standard that we offer in our other houses, which, with one existing bedroom (bedroom 1) that will not be changed, a kitchen that was installed new in 2007 and the present sitting room, means that we are offering a four bedroom house for rent of the highest quality. This will then be almost identical to the other fine quality four bedroom houses that we have available. The photos of the kitchen, sitting room and bedroom number one that are shown on this page are as they will be offered, whilst the pictures that we show of bedrooms two, three and four are for illustrative purposes only. These are actually images taken from our Loxton Drive 2 House but we believe that they may be viewed as fairly representing the bedrooms of this house when it is occupied by new tenants in 2009.
