The main campuses of both Universities are situated in the countryside outside of the City. All our houses are situated with easy access to both the University of Bath and the Bath Spa. The houses in Rooksbridge Walk, Landseer Road, King Georges Road and Loxton Drive are approximately halfway between the two establishments. The house in Alpine Gardens is within a ten minute walk of the city centre. Some of our tenants chose to bring cars and some bring bicycles, however, there is no student car parking on campus and Bath is a hilly city with the University of Bath at the top of a hill, so most students chose to use the bus....
There are three ways to get there directly by bus;
Dedicated bus route connecting the University of Bath with the City
Walk to Moorland Road, which takes about five minutes and catch the U18 going directly onto the University campus. A bus goes every ten minutes right through the day from 7.00am (hr+10mins, hr+20mins, hr+30mins, hr+40mins, hr+50mins) through to 9pm. and thereafter every 20 minutes (hr+00mins, hr+20mins, hr+40mins) up to 2.40am. the following day. The journey time is 21 minutes.
Catch the U18 bus at the campus bus stop, alight at Moorland Road and walk to King Georges Road/Rooksbridge Walk/Loxton Drive/Landseer Road which takes about five minutes. A bus leaves the University every ten minutes right through the day from 7.25am (hr+05mins, hr+15mins, hr+25mins, hr+35mins, hr+45mins, hr+55mins) through to 9.05pm. Departures are then 9.20pm, 9.40pm, and 10pm. Thereafter every 20 minutes (hr+00mins, hr+20mins, hr+40mins.) up to 3.20am the following day. The journey time is 17 minutes.
Dedicated bus route connecting the University of Bath with the City
Walk to Moorland Road, which takes about five minutes and catch the U10 going directly onto the University campus. A bus goes up to the University every half hour from 7.26am (hr+26mins and hr+56mins) through to 2.56pm. The journey time is 17 minutes.
Catch the U10 bus at the campus bus stop, alight at Moorland Road and walk to King Georges Road/Rooksbridge Walk/Loxton Drive/Landseer Road. A bus leaves the University every half an hour from 12.50am. and then at half hour intervals (hr+20mins, hr+50mins) right through the afternoon until 7.20pm. The journey time is 16 minutes.
Walk to Twerton High Street, which takes approximately five minutes, then take the bus number 20a, which goes right onto the Campus, this is the 'local' bus which travels around the edge of the city. The return route is the bus number 20c which follows the same route in reverse order. The journey time is about 30 minutes.

To get to the Bath Spa;
Walk along the Lower Bristol Road to the Windsor Bridge bus stop, which takes about ten minutes and take the BRIGHT ORANGE bendy bus directly to the Bath Spa.

7.39am. 7.59am. 8.14am. 8.29am. 8.55am. 9.14am. 9.28am. 9.47am. 10.07am. 10.27am. 10.47am...and continue right through to 2.12am. the following morning

To get back home from the Bath Spa;
Get on the BRIGHT ORANGE (SPA1) on campus and get off at the Windsor Bridge

Bus route number; U18
Walk to the 'All Bar One' pub in High street, which takes about ten minutes, and get on the U18 which goes directly to the University Campus. A bus goes every ten minutes right through the day from 7.11am (hr+11mins, hr+21mins, hr+31mins, hr+41mins, hr+51mins) through to 9pm. and thereafter every 20 minutes (hr+10mins, hr+30mins, hr+50mins) up to 2.40am. the following day. The journey time is 10 minutes.
